Place the wood board into the machine, import the file into XCS, and select Slats Flat mode. 

Click auto-measure, fine-tune the parameters, and click process to frame the cutting range. When completed, start cutting.

Cut all the pieces of your wooden aircraft model.

Step 3

After snapping all the parts out of the board, start by assembling the side parts of the plane, followed by the fuselage, and finally connect these two components together. You can refer to the picture for the final outer shape.

Next, install the small components in the following order: airplane landing gear, brackets on both sides of the wings, pilot seat, top wing, tail, and spinner. Finally, install the wheels on both sides and secure them with pins.

Step 5

Paint the assembled wooden airplane as you like. Enjoy it!


NOTE

To avoid damaging the board, it's important to be careful not to apply too much force when assembling it.
