I made a sign for my laundry room a couple weeks ago, and I thought it wouldn't be complete without a care label sign to go with it. This will help decorate my laundry room!

Step 1

Paint your wood white. Let the paint completely dry and then mask it. This is to prevent char from getting on the white paint during engraving.

Put the prepared wood sheet in the laser machine and engrave it, and then score and cut too. This picture shows what it looks like after engraving with the mask still on. Carefully peel the mask off everything, there will be tiny pieces.

Step 3

Cut out the frame/border and words next. Paint the cut out texts and frame/border black. I find it easier to paint the text with it taped down. Let dry.

Step 4

Carefully glue the words where the scored guide lines are. Glue the border next. You are now done. I'm excited to hang this laundry guide near my laundry sign soon.
