Start by importing the wine case design file into XCS software. The file contains 6 canvases, including front and back side drawings, side drawings, handle and bottom plate drawings, and an engraving drawing.

 

Next, position the basswood correctly and click on auto-measure. Adjust the settings as necessary and then click on framing to determine the cutting range. Once this is done, you can start cutting.

Step 2

Cut and engrave all the pieces.

Step 3

Assemble all sides of the boards.

Step 4

Assemble the handle, and your work is completed.

 

After the assembly is completed, it is best to use woodworking glue to strengthen the joints.
