    Step 1: Add rounded rectangle shape to xcs

    Add rounded rectangle to Xcs

    I made this file by Autocad.

    Step 2: copy by array

    add array as in image.

    Step 3: add line to cut board

    Add rectangle for cutting the board.If your wood is shaded rectangle,No need this rectangle line.

    And add the text too.

     

    Step 4: cut the plywood

    Laser Cut
    Process Material
    3mm Basswood Plywood
    Power(%) or Cut Pressure(g)

    Add setting to cut the jig

    Step 5: add base plate

    Stick the jig to the base sheet by wood glue and clamp to get dry.

    And you can use the jig to easy engraving on keychains.
