Step 1: Resize the parts to your needs

resize the parts by selecting the parts together and dragging the top centre point only either up or down and unlock the padlock first to keep slits the right size and the base large enough to keep them stable!

This set is about 91mm tall and 80mm wide at the base, only change the height!

Step 2: Cut the required number of parts

cut the parts, for the d1 pro 10w i used 100% power at 4 mm/s speed for 3mm birch plywood

Step 3: slide the parts together

slide the 2 parts together as shown in the image

Step 4: glue if required (optional).

Run a bead of Ca glue down the joint if required but not essential

Step 5: place under honeycomb

Use the parts as shown
