Abstract With the diversification of university life, student association activities have become an important part of campus culture, not only enriching students' extracurricular life, but also cultivating students' organizational communication skills and teamwork spirit. However, the traditional community management depends on manual operation, the efficiency is low, and the phenomenon of information island is serious. The system adopts B/S architecture, SpringBoot framework is used in the back end, and responsive design is adopted in the front end to adapt to the access requirements of different devices. The core functions of the system include community registration and review, activity release and management, member management, file sharing, financial management and notification push. In terms of security, the system uses the Role Access Control (RBAC) model to ensure data security and user privacy. In addition, through the integrated data analysis module, the system can provide activity feedback and membership participation analysis for the community, helping the community to better understand the needs of members and optimize the organization of activities. The expected results show that SCMS can significantly improve the degree of automation and decision-making quality of community management, reduce management costs, and enhance the attractiveness and influence of community activities. The realization of this system provides a new solution for the management of university community, which has positive significance for improving the comprehensive quality of students.
